LEGALITY OF HEMP DERIVED DELTA-9 THC:

According to the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill, for each 1 gram (1000mg) on a dry weight basis, we can have up to 3 milligrams (3mg) of hemp-derived Delta 9 THC at .3 percent.
